Dear MacArthur Beach Residents,
CGC Construction will begin jackhammering under unit 126-127 next week. They finished the concrete poles under the parking garage two weeks ago without any surprises.
Xfinity has run a new cable from the street to the junction box by unit 124 which should help make a stronger signal throughout the Low rise section and turned the amp up on the High/Mid rise section.
The City Of Venice installed a new fire hydrant in front of High rise on the beach side this week.
The swimming pool is still on schedule for 9/12 to 10/7 shutdown for remodeling.
Please make sure when you leave that you shut your water off for we received a high water/sewer bill that was unexpected.
