The Red Tide has been gone for now for about 3 weeks, but there is still some sitting off the coast. It’s a wait and see situation.
I was told last week that Ron And Rose Manfredi will be moving to Arizona on the 10th of November. If he was watching your unit I have two owners at Mac Beach that will be taking over looking after units and you will be notified by Ron in this transition of your new contact.
We have two big year end projects coming up starting about the 6th of November.
- We will be painting the Low rise from 101, 201 to 130, 230. At the same time we will be replacing the locks on the doors and I will make sure I call everyone involved to see how you want to handle getting your new keys.
- We will be roofing the Fibertite parts of the Low rise roofs. This is all the flat parts on the buildings. We will try to make this the least amount of an inconvenience as possible. Painting will start on one end and the roofing on the other and will swap sides wherever they meet in the middle.
The mulching of all the landscape will take place when they are finished at the end of the year.
Next May we will have to tent the Low rise units for termites. We are in the infancy stage of this and this is the only way to combat this issue, we have been spot treating for a year and it is not working. I will keep you up to date as we get into next year on how to prepare your unit for this.
