To All,
We are making great progress on the High/Mid-rise painting project. Artistry Painting is almost 3/4 of the way done with the High rise and will start the Mid rise in about 2 weeks.
The 37 and 38 sections of the High rise have the new railings installed and the 5th floor to the 9th floor is completed on the 40 section. On 10/15 the rest of the High rise railings will be installed. We did not find any significant spalling ( rebar rusting) on the building when installing the new railings which could have been an expensive endeavor to repair.
Please remember to pick up your new parking tag when you come back to your Florida home. You are now up to date.
