Artistry Painting is just about done setting up the swing stage on the west side of the High rise and will paint the building clock wise. They will pressure clean first then paint.
The new railings arrive today and will be installed a side at a time. If you have furniture out on the lanai it will need to be brought in. If you don’t have a condo watcher I will move it in for you.
The stucco work on the Mid rise has been going well and we haven’t ran into any major surprises especially on the south east corner of the 133 building that was spalling real bad but ended up being cosmetic.
