I received a phone call from the City Of Venice Code Violations Department yesterday issuing a verbal first warning to Mac Arthur Beach for leaving chairs and umbrellas on the beach and not shutting blinds on sliding glass doors and windows on the High rise. Please let your guest know to keep blinds closed after sunset and bring all your beach furniture back to the property.
Next violation we will be fined, and they are serious about this.
We did not set any money aside for Turtle Fines in the budget we will be giving the code violators the ticket.
