To All,
Since last Friday we have been inundated with over 12 inches of rain. This morning we had a super cell sit on top of Venice for an hour and the end result was the lobby in the High-Rise had 4 inches of standing water when I arrived this morning. They are working on the elevator to get it up and running as I type this and Gulf Coast has extracted the water out of the lobby. I have sand bags at the lobby doors for it is dumping rain again and pushing up against the north doors. All the units in the High-Rise checked out ok and will be checking the rest once the rain lets up. I will keep you all posted as this rain deluge transpires.
