To All Realtors and Residents,
During times that Open Houses are being held, we have found that the door to the hi-rise has been propped open. This is a security risk to anyone in the building and needs to cease.
If you are a realtor showing a unit or an owner in a building of a unit being shown, please make sure the door is closed at all times and closes behind you. When someone arrives to view a unit, please personally welcome them at the door and escort them to the unit.
