To All,
We have a underground water main start leaking yesterday in front on unit 119 under the sidewalk/parking lot. The City Of Venice Utilities will be out to fix it on Monday 11/1/21 as soon as they do a utilities locate. The water will be shut off for about an hour when repairing the line.
Also on Monday we are having a pre work meeting with Valcor Construction on repairing the spalling issue by unit 127. We should have the December start date by then.
The pool deck was painted last week with a non-skid paint and came out very nice and brand new looking.
Three table tops and umbrellas should be arriving this week. Speaking of the pool, thank you Sue Baldwin and Kathie Thacker for their hard work on the pool bathroom update. That it came out so nice and seasonal rentals are so much in demand someone asked if they could rent it out as a studio apartment..:)
If you have contractors working in your unit please make sure they are parking their trucks against the East Tennis Court wall for service vehicles. The contractors are responsible for cleaning and painting doors and landings back to what they looked like before work began on your units.
